I’m the beer lover and therefore, it is not possible for me to miss the snow beer by Kafe Sun Yoon Wah in Ipoh.

Wonder what is snow beer? Check out the following picture and how to snow beer actually form….. Firstly, the beer glass have to be chilled until frozen and when served, the beer foam become crystallized once it’s come into contact with frozen glass.

I would say that it is so refreshing and cooling especially when you drink it under the hot weather. Nevertheless, I personally feel that the alcohol level had been decreased once it become frozen foam.

Chicken wings – good pairing with beer, all deep-fried to a crispy golden brown perfection while still being tender and juicy inside.

Salted Spicy Chicken or locally known “宫保鸡”. Stir fried with onions, dried chillies and oyster sauce brings exotic taste you cannot aside.  Also one of the good pairing for “Snow Beer”. 310

Boiled Squid – Marinated Squids, boiled then served topped with fried onions oil and soy sauce. You can also tipping with their home made belacan chilli.
